Transforming into a data-driven and customer-centric organization
Running the same business model for year after year might work for a while, but sooner or later customer needs change and the industries around you develop further. This is also what our consumer goods customer faced. After being successful for decades, they were struggling to stay connected to their customers. On top of this, the company lacked the skills and knowledge to apply customer-centric and agile practices, and were relying on external consultants to support their transformation efforts.
The company realized that depending on external consultants is not a long-term sustainable approach to transformation. With this in mind, aimed to upskill their teams across functions and geographies to become more customer-centric, experimentation-based and data-driven, ready to drive transformation internally. With a long-term objective to introduce new innovative projects and scale the transformation culture across the entire organization, they started their first cohort with Sparkademy. By the end of 2020, Sparkademy had trained and certified over 100 innovation catalysts globally at the client.
